You will need to open this page on an Android device first, and then you should have stopped play protect from scanning, and allow to download unknown apps from chrome. Then click download, and then you will see it will start downloading in google. Then you will click on details, and then click the apk to install and then open. And then you can on the on protect scanning again and disallow unknown apps to be downloaded in chrome.
